Born to a research scientist, the early years of Raj's career were "genetically" oriented
to seek logic in what seemed a natural progression to studying the consulting industry in its entirety. The consulting industry
often dominated by gray-haired intellectuals with receding hairlines sees Raj as a welcome change.

Raj has an undying passion for social issues and has been always available
to render his voice and hand to restore hope in humanity. He single handedly raised a sum of 3000 pounds on behalf of Red
Cross for the devastating tsunami that wrecked havoc in 2004. Raj was also actively involved in Kirkstall Village Community
an NGO established for the welfare of the community. Raj hopes to raise enough money one day to set up a state of the art
cancer hospital for the poor in memory of his mother. His social awareness instigated his thought process, which resulted
in a business model that made him the first Asian to win the "Proof of Concept" award in Britain.
